The action a record validator asks the extractor to take for a parsed record. Returned via ValidationResult from RecordValidator.

Fields

Accept = 0: Accept the record and yield it.
Skip = 1: Skip the record. It is not yielded; the extractor increments CurrentSkippedItemCount and continues with the next line.
Stop = 2: Stop extraction immediately. The record is not yielded and no further lines are read.
